I’m Brijet Beazer, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, certified life coach, and founder of Brije the Gap. I provide therapy for adults navigating trauma, grief, and life transitions, with a particular focus on women in midlife who feel depleted from caring for others, disconnected from themselves, or unsure how to trust their own choices. I also work with adults exploring how ADHD or autism shapes their relationships, identity, and everyday life. My work includes the emotional and identity changes that can accompany GLP-1 treatment.

I draw from approaches such as EMDR, ACT, and parts work to help clients understand patterns, process difficult experiences, and practice new ways of responding. We’ll work at a pace that respects your history, your nervous system, and the demands of your life.

Brije the Gap is built around a simple idea: you can honor where you have been while learning how to move toward who you are becoming. Our work will include reflection and concrete tools you can use between sessions, so insight has a way to become action. Brije the Gap also offers nonclinical coaching and educational experiences—interactive workshops, facilitated circles, guided journeys, and retreats—for adults interested in personal growth and meaningful connection.
