More than knowing.
A different way of becoming.
Connection, discovery, and meaningful personal growth—through experiences you don’t just attend, but participate in.
Explore what’s coming
Growth can be meaningful without always feeling heavy.
Sometimes the next step isn’t another book or another piece of advice. It’s a welcoming place to explore, experiment, connect, and try something new—with room to be exactly who you are.
Different ways to discover what’s next.
Circles
Small, facilitated gatherings for connection, perspective, and shared discovery.
Workshops
Interactive sessions to explore one life theme and leave with something you can use.
Guided Journeys
Multiweek programs with personal reflection, experiments, and guided connection.
Retreats
Intentional time away to reflect, create, reconnect, and imagine possibilities.
Online and in-person offerings are in development. Dates, locations, and eligibility will vary by program.

You’re invited to participate
Guided exercises, reflection, conversation, and real-world experiments—not simply another presentation to sit through.
You bring your story.
We create room for possibility.
Personal growth is not a performance or a race to become someone else. It’s a process of discovering, choosing, trying, and learning.

A few common questions
Is this therapy?
No. Brije the Gap Experiences are nonclinical coaching and educational offerings, not psychotherapy or a substitute for mental health care. Participation does not establish a therapist–client relationship.
Do I need to be a therapy client?
No. These are separate opportunities for adults who want personal growth, learning, and connection.
Do I have to share personal things in a group?
No. Sharing is optional. Participants are asked to respect privacy, though group confidentiality cannot be guaranteed.
